I originally started you and me in a different group with different facilitators, I had to move groups as informed by the facilitator due to the sessions that where being changed I was informed of all options and was able to express my feelings and come to a mutual decision as to what one would work best for me going forward. It was challenging to begin with but I did adjust and had one facilitator move with me which was nice to see a familiar face also. I have had so much support from [name removed] one facilitator and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Throughout the whole process, from start to finish , i have been treated with the upmost respect and my needs were catered for above and beyond . During my time, my life has been more bearable and i’m starting to enjoy things again. I’d like to thank everyone involved as it really has transformed my life. A special thanks to [name removed] as I thoroughly believe she has made a big difference in the way i look at all aspects of my life now. I enjoyed all our sessions and I really will miss our friday chats !
I found the whole CBT experience an incredibly effective and helpful one. This has been my first experience of CBT and I do definitely feel it has helped enormously with my recovery. I am now able to recognise the triggers and use this technique to lower any panic or anxiety attacks that may arise.
It was a very good experience and I am so grateful that I was able to receive the therapy at such short notice.
